Meet our Coach
Nathan Josefski
Nathan is the head coach and founder of Trident Multisport. He has been training and racing for over 10 years within the multisport community. Nathan is also a fully qualified Health and Physical Education Teacher and enjoys coaching his students and now fellow athletes to reach their personal goals.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified level 1 Triathlon Australia Coach
- Level 2 Training Peaks University Qualification
- Bachelor of Health, Sport and Physical Education (Honours)
- Master of Sports Coaching
- Over 10 years of experience racing in short and long course Triathlons, age group divisions, open divisions, multiple qualifications into Age Group standard and long course (Kona) World Championship teams

- Personalised training programs tailored to your individual needs, availability and requirements
- Programs are uploaded weekly on the Training Peaks platform, which you can use a free membership to utilise
- General dietary recommendations around training and race days
- Specific race day planning tailored to your goals, training status and thresholds
Communication
- At Trident Multisport we like to have an open line of communication (phone, text or email), where any question will be answered as soon as possible (within reason). Athlete may wish to schedule fortnightly or monthly phone calls to discuss training, upcoming races, nutrition, illness & injury etc.
Coaching Fees
- $50AUD per week
- $75AUD start up fee
